Fozzie came in as a stray.  He is a timid cat who is wary of sudden movements and sounds. However he has become very affectionate with his fosterer and enjoys being stroked.  He gets along well with Smudge who is in the pen next to him.  He would be best placed in an understanding home where he will be given time and patience to blossom.
